Woody's Sports Academy runs in local schools throughout the community and is a multi-sports provision. We provide a variety of sports to children of all abilities and encourage exercise, development and inclusion. We create a stimulating, fun and safe environment to allow children to express themselves, gain confidence and new skills. All staff are fully vetted, insured, qualified and first aid trained; some have even undergone courses in mentoring and also gained qualifications in class/teacher assistance.

"I think working at Woody's for work experience is by far the best placement I could've ever wished for and this is for many reasons. One stand out thing that has inspired me is something what Paul Wood said himself while explaining something important to me: "for me, if I'm standing still, I may as well be moving backwards". This has made me want to be the best I can, both academically and in sport, I now thrive to achieve all I can and try to constantly move forward in my sporting career and with my education".
"I have been attending Woody's for many years, I started my football with them and have now gone on to play for Spurs ladies because of all the skills they have taught me. Not only are the coaches very skilful, they are incredible role models and very nice people".
"Thank you for attending our assembly at Christ Church Primary School, the children absolutely loved it. They have been talking about you ever since".
"Thanks for a great presentation today. The staff were full of praise afterwards. We even had a group of teachers trying out the ball flick trick in the hall after school. Thanks for fitting in with our Be The Best You Can Be programme - you had a real impact. Hope to see you at Woodcroft again soon".
